My advice for life: dance and sing your song while the party is still on.— Rasheed Ogunlaru, life coach
HCA produces programming with a priority of making art more accessible to the general public. We have served 43,215 patrons since the inception of HCA. We aim to reduce inconveniences that act as a barrier between the community member and the artist. Where possible we offer free classes and events that bring together families and members of our community.
HCA carefully selected programming that would maximize the number of artists we could support within each event while being efficient with funding. Our programs address the need for consistent opportunities for artists, performance platforms, and mentorships for all ages, as well as advocating for artists with disabilities. Please donate today and help to continue the HCA programs for our 2022-2023 season which supports local artists and builds community cohesion.
